My story
I was born and raised in the mid '90s in a small town in Brianza, just outside Milan.
Music has always been a constant presence in my life since childhood; there was always a guitar somewhere in the room.
I have always been fascinated by the intimacy of this instrument: the sound created directly through the musician’s touch, with nothing standing between their fingers and the music being produced. An immediate instrument, accessible to everyone—I quickly fell in love with it.
When I received my first guitar as a gift at the age of thirteen, I began spending entire days playing and learning as much as I could. Before long, I realised that the guitar would become a fundamental part of my life.
After completing high school and earning a degree in Industrial Design, I realised I was looking for something more. The need to work with my hands and to offer others a tangible result of my design process led me to explore a different path.
Almost by chance, I discovered that an important school of lutherie was located right in Milan. Suddenly, all the pieces of the puzzle fell into place, and I realised that I could turn all of my greatest passions into a profession: music, design, wood, and craftsmanship.
In 2022, after four years of study with, I graduated with top marks from the Civica Scuola di Liuteria di Milano, where, under the guidance of Master luthier Roberto De Miranda, I learned the fundamentals of building and repairing plucked string instruments and developed a deep passion for the world of the Spanish classical guitar.
In 2023, thanks to the Fondazione Cologni dei Mestieri d’Arte and its “Una Scuola, Un Lavoro” programme, I joined the workshop of master luthier Marco Bortolozzo in Milan as an apprentice, where I further developed and refined my knowledge.
Today, I work from my workshop in Desio, in the heart of Brianza, where I dedicate myself to the construction, repair, and restoration of string instruments.
